Estate Planning
The Sugarman Law Firm?s Trusts, Estates and Elder Law Department provides a broad range of legal services related to estate and transfer tax planning, from preparing simple wills to preparing and administering complex trusts. The department is managed by attorney Charlene E. McGraw, whose 20 years of legal experience include 10 years as a trial attorney and litigator.
