Corrine Desimone is a Paralegal in the Plaintiffs’ Serious and Catastrophic Personal Injury Department and Defense Litigation Department. She assists attorney Sam Elbadawi in the representation of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, construction and slip and fall accidents, matters of defective and unsafe products (including pharmaceuticals), nursing home negligence and wrongful death claims. She also assists attorneys Paul Mullin, Danielle Fogel, and Stephen Davoli in the defense of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, construction and slip and fall accidents, matters of defective and unsafe products (including pharmaceuticals), medical and professional malpractice, and wrongful death claims.
Her responsibilities include client interviews, case management, including organization and maintenance of records, medical record review, the preparation of pleadings, maintaining attorney calendars, assisting attorneys in trial preparation, and conducting legal research.
Ms. Desimone is a graduate of Bryant & Stratton College (A.S. Paralegal Studies, with honors, 2000) and a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association. She participates in walks and runs to raise money for various charities.
She resides in Syracuse.
