Marisa Alessi is a Paralegal in the firm's Plaintiffs' Serious and Catastrophic Personal Injury Department. She assists attorneys Michael Riehler and Kelly Phillips with representation of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, construction and slip and fall accidents, matters of defective and unsafe products (including pharmaceuticals), nursing home negligence and wrongful death claims. She has been with Sugarman Law Firm since 2002.
Ms. Alessi’s responsibilities include client interviews, case management, including organization and maintenance of records, medical record review, and the preparation of pleadings.
She is a graduate of Erie I BOCES (L.P.N., 1997). She is a member of the Baby Joe Mesi's Fight for Organ Donation Foundation.
Ms. Alessi resides in West Seneca with her husband and two children.
