Jenna Klucsik has extensive experience handling motions and appeals.

She is admitted to practice before all New York State courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association, and the Central New York Women's Bar Association. Ms. Klucsik is also admitted to practice in Maine.

A graduate of Washington and Lee University (B.A. Politics and Romance Languages, cum laude) and Syracuse University College of Law (summa cum laude), she was Law Clerk to the Honorable Susan Calkins of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.

Ms. Klucsik is a member of the Planning Committee for Sounds of the Season, an annual event benefiting the McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy site.

Ms. Klucsik has been appointed to the Onondaga County Bar Association Judiciary Committee.  She has also served as an evaluator for a number of law school moot court competitions including the First Year International Moot Court Competition, the Grossman Trial Competition, and the Mackenzie Hughes Appellate Advocacy Competition at Syracuse University College of Law. She resides in Syracuse with her husband, John.
